We were hosted at the KLETC Hays Regional Site for our Felony / High-Risk Car Stop course. Members of the Arkansas City Police Department, Coffey County Sheriff's Office, Scott City Police Department, Pratt County Sheriff's Office, Holcomb Police Department, Norton Police Department, Kansas Highway Patrol, KDOC, Liberal Police Department, Fort Hayes State University Police Department, Oakley Police Department, KDWP were in attendance.
